A pleasant restaurant with a Viennese-style café, where you can forget about the hustle and bustle of the big city. Our menu, prepared under the guidance of chef Petr Tamme, is based on Czech gastronomy inspired by European cuisine. 

The large restaurant area offers countless seating options. The café part offers comfortable armchairs with casual tables, and the restaurant part provides comfortable boxes. The elegant space of the restaurant can also be used for private events. There is also a separate lounge with a capacity of 40 seats.

Café Graff is not just a café with quality coffee Filicori Zecchini and homemade

desserts that are made under the hands of our confectioner Monika Horvátová, but also

a restaurant where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The meat in Graff is exclusively from Czech free-range farms, for which we go directly to Czech farmers and then process it.

The premium meat is aged for up to 4 weeks in the form of dry maturation. Due to the diverse offer of farmers, you can also taste premium breeds of cattle with us (Česká Červenka, Charolais, Červený or Černý Angus and others).

We have pork only from the Přeštice breed, which is unlike the others unique in its full taste and aroma.

We approach ingredients with respect and professional responsibility. We also prepare a lunch menu from the above-mentioned types of meat.

The wine card was compiled for you by Ondřej Raiskub. Our wine shop offers a wide range of European wines. And as they say "There’s no place like home.". So with us, you will find the best of the offer of leading Moravian winemakers. Of course, we also put great emphasis on Veltlin Green from Austria and German Riesling .At the beginning of the year 2022, we began to devote to wine tastings focused on connecting quality wine with our gastronomy.

The meals are supplemented with pastries from our bakeries under the guidance of Aleš Lang. We bake wheat-rye and 100% rye bread for you daily, French baguettes, breakfast brioches or hamburger buns. We serve bakery products with herb butter.
